Objective: Create energy, engagement, and quick participation by having team members make fast choices between two fun options. The goal is to get everyone involved right away and spark light conversation.
How to Play: The leader reads a series of “Would You Rather” questions out loud. Each question gives two choices. Team members physically show their choice by moving to a side of the room, standing or sitting, or raising a hand for option one or option two.
After each question, the leader can invite one or two team members to briefly share why they made their choice. Keep responses short to maintain energy and pace.
Play continues for 3 to 5 rounds depending on time.
