Referral Race Challenge

To increase auto loan referrals and create a fun, competitive environment, the branch introduced a game inspired by a racing theme where employees worked to “move around the track” through referral activity.

Employees earned progress based on their referral efforts, with referrals, walkovers, and closed auto loans contributing points toward their position in the race. The game was structured in tracks, with employees advancing as they generated more activity. Throughout the contest, team members had opportunities to earn additional points or face challenges, adding an element of unpredictability and keeping engagement high.

To maintain excitement and encourage continued participation, the game included fun, themed elements that could either boost a player’s progress or temporarily slow them down. Weekly and overall performance were tracked, with employees competing for top positions based on total referral activity.

This approach created energy around referral conversations while reinforcing focus on auto loan opportunities. By combining friendly competition with a visual and interactive theme, the branch encouraged consistent participation and increased engagement in referral efforts.
