Referral Bingo turns everyday conversations into a fun, engaging challenge. Team members use a bingo-style card filled with different conversation moments and product opportunities, such as discussing savings goals, identifying a loan need, or introducing a digital service.

The goal is to encourage variety in member interactions while keeping engagement high and consistent. As team members complete different squares on the card, they build awareness of opportunities to better serve members and expand meaningful conversations throughout the day.
