Employees are encouraged to complete small, intentional acts of kindness throughout the day and visually track participation using a shared jar filled with colored popsicle sticks.

How to Use It: Place a decorated jar in a visible team area along with colored popsicle sticks. When an employee completes a random act of kindness for a coworker or a member, they are invited to place one stick into the jar in their assigned color. This creates a fun and visible way to celebrate kindness in action while building momentum across the team.

At the end of each month, the employee with the most sticks receives a small recognition prize. The jar is then reset and the activity begins again, encouraging ongoing participation and consistency.
