Objective: Build momentum, energy, and teamwork by passing a “positivity item” while sharing wins and appreciation.
How to Play: Team members stand in a circle or line. A small object is chosen to represent the “pass” (examples: a smiley face ball, stress ball, plush toy, sticky note, or any lightweight item).
The facilitator begins the activity by sharing one positive statement, such as a recent win, a thank you, or something they appreciate about the team. After sharing, they pass the item to the next person.
Each person who receives the item must share one positive message before passing it along. Examples include a shoutout to a coworker, a customer moment, a personal win, or something going well in the branch.
The activity continues until everyone has had a turn.
Optional Variations: You can use any item to pass, not just a ball. Teams can also rotate themes such as “customer moments,” “team shoutouts,” or “wins of the week.” For a faster version, allow passing and sharing in rapid succession to build energy.
Outcome: This activity builds connection, boosts morale, and helps teams start the day focused on positivity and shared success.
