Ready to set sail for treasure?

Pirate Mania is a fun, branch wide game that encourages team members to work together while being recognized for their individual contributions. Throughout the month, team members earn dots on the branch’s treasure map by achieving referrals, new checking accounts, Visa products, and other qualifying goals. Every dot brings the team one step closer to finding treasure!

How It Works

To complete the treasure map:

• Each island must have at least two dots by the end of the month.
• Business and Insurance islands are capped at two dots.
• The branch must achieve its overall contributor goals for the month in order for Pirate Mania to have a winner.

Mikhail or Maria will update the treasure map each day so everyone can watch the team’s progress.

Treasure Coins

As you earn dots, you’ll also earn treasure coins!

• For every three dots you earn, you will receive one treasure coin.
• Treasure coins can be redeemed for prizes from the Treasure Chest:
  • Candy Bars: 2 coins each
  • Gift Cards: 1 coin for every $1 of gift card value (limited to one gift card per month)
• Unused coins may be carried over to the following month, up to a maximum of 10 coins.
