Our Employee of the Month program recognizes team members who consistently deliver outstanding results while providing exceptional service to our members.

To be eligible for Employee of the Month, employees must meet the following monthly performance standards:

Employee Status	Referrals	Cross Sells	Shop Score
Part Time	6	20	95% or higher
Full Time	8	40	95% or higher

Eligibility

To be considered for Employee of the Month, team members must:

• Be shopped during the month.
• Earn a shop score of 95% or higher.
• Meet or exceed the referral and cross sell goals listed above.

If no employee meets all of the eligibility requirements, an Employee of the Month will not be awarded for that month.

If more than one employee meets all of the requirements, each qualifying employee will be recognized as Employee of the Month.

Every month is a new opportunity to earn this recognition. We look forward to celebrating the outstanding performance and commitment of our team members.
