A seasonal employee incentive activity, “Polar Payout,” was created to motivate staff and drive loan production during the holiday period.

Employees earned rewards for each successful loan or new account generated during the campaign, with cash incentives provided to recognize team performance.

To visually track progress, an igloo display was created using ice block representations. With each new loan application or account opened, a block was added, allowing the team to visibly see progress toward the overall goal and celebrate milestones along the way.

To increase engagement and ownership, each team member was represented by a personalized penguin cutout displayed within the branch. This added a fun, interactive element and reinforced individual participation in achieving team success.

The activity combined performance tracking, visual motivation, and friendly competition to support branch goals in a seasonal and engaging way.
