BRAVO Recognition & Rewards Program

This organization implemented the BRAVO Points Recognition Program as a meaningful way to recognize and reward employees who go above and beyond their everyday responsibilities. The program was designed to celebrate team members who demonstrate organizational values, contribute to company goals, support coworkers, and create exceptional experiences for members and teammates.

All regular employees are eligible to participate both as nominators and recipients, creating a culture of appreciation and peer-to-peer recognition throughout the organization. Employees can nominate peers, leaders, direct reports, or entire teams for varying levels of achievement, with award amounts adjusted globally to help ensure fairness and consistency across all locations.

To encourage timely recognition, nominations follow a streamlined approval process so employees can be celebrated quickly for their contributions and accomplishments.

Employees earn points through the program and can redeem them for a wide variety of rewards including gift cards to retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, Ulta Beauty, and Disney. Points can also be used toward merchandise including luggage, purses, jewelry, clothing, electronics, and other personal items.
