A team engagement activity was created using a dice game format to support daily branch activity and increase participation across key behaviors such as Up-Front Time, referrals, and application opportunities.
Team members earned participation in the game by completing specific actions throughout the day. Each 15 minutes of Up-Front Time, every 5 completed entry slips, and each product or service referral earned one turn. Completing a short application earned an extra roll, which could be used as an additional turn or to replace a lower score from a previous roll.
Once a turn was earned, participants rolled the dice or played the selected game. Branches could choose from a variety of options including Bowling, Yahtzee, For-Get-It, Farkle, or Pokeno using a card-based Bingo format. Game results were used to track progress, points, or prizes based on how the branch structured the activity.
The game was designed to keep energy high while reinforcing consistent daily focus on key behaviors. Managers were encouraged to recognize participation throughout the day and keep the activity simple, visible, and easy to manage. Criteria could be adjusted to align with specific branch goals or activity levels.
This engagement approach helped create momentum by turning everyday actions into immediate opportunities for participation. It supported stronger focus on referrals, applications, and customer interactions while maintaining a fun and motivating team environment.
