Aisle Walk Challenge

The Going on an Aisle Walk Challenge is a fun and engaging way to encourage branch visibility, relationship building, and team interaction throughout the store. This challenge motivates employees to complete intentional aisle walks while creating positive experiences with shoppers, store employees, and the retail community.

To support participation, branches can display the Aisle Walk Form in breakrooms, huddle areas, or employee workspaces as a reminder to stay active and engaged throughout the day.

Employees can earn recognition or points for:

• Greeting shoppers
• Starting conversations
• Helping someone in the store
• Building relationships with store employees
• Increasing awareness of branch services
• Demonstrating positive energy and visibility

Managers can track participation weekly or monthly and recognize employees who consistently engage with shoppers and retail partners.
