Guests were welcomed with a “Camp” inspired entrance, complete with a large tree display featuring products, a tent and campfire scene, and a night sky effect across the back cabinets. Every detail helped create an immersive environment that sparked curiosity and conversation.

The promotion was designed to naturally connect with members’ summer plans. Team members set daily internal goals focused on learning about upcoming vacations and activities, which created easy, genuine opportunities to introduce loan solutions that could help members make the most of their summer. These conversations led to meaningful outcomes, including helping members secure financing for projects like building a backyard pool, turning ideas into reality.

To build excitement and engagement, the branch incorporated interactive elements throughout the experience. Branded camping chairs were displayed with a “Want these? Ask me how!” message to encourage conversations around recreational loans. A raffle for a cooler filled with summer essentials like sunscreen, bug spray, s’mores ingredients, and playing cards added another layer of fun and incentive for participation.

The results reflected both the strength of the approach and the team’s commitment. The branch initially set a $500,000 loan goal for the promotion but reached that milestone ahead of schedule. They raised the goal to $1,000,000 and ultimately exceeded it, generating $1,216,831 in loan volume, including two RV loans. This creative, themed approach not only drove strong business results but also created memorable, relationship building experiences for members.
