We “Heart” Our Members

This branch promotion, “We Heart Our Members,” was designed to create awareness and excitement around how refinancing and debt consolidation can generate meaningful savings for members.

The branch featured a simple, visual themed display using construction paper and heart cutouts to represent member savings. A printed sign helped explain what each heart symbolized, providing a clear and engaging way to demonstrate the financial impact of refinancing and debt consolidation in a visual format.

The overall goal was to encourage conversations with members and passers-by about opportunities to reduce debt and save money. Team members focused on initiating constructive discussions that highlighted how the credit union helps members improve their financial well-being.

The promotion produced strong measurable impact, with a total of 345 hearts representing $34,506 in total member savings across six refinance and debt consolidation loans funded during the month. The visual approach helped connect the concept of savings to real results, while also driving meaningful engagement throughout the branch.
