From Training to Action: Aisle Walk Testimonial

“The importance of feeling comfortable when approaching people really stood out to me, both in how I engage and what I plan to talk about. I am very comfortable with children and already familiar with our Youth Program, so during an aisle walk I approached two women shopping with their children in the clothing section.

We started a natural conversation that led into discussing youth accounts and the financial education we offer. I shared business cards for both them and their family.

One of the children loved Willy Wonka and thought I was handing out Golden Tickets. He asked for one too, so I gave him his own Golden Ticket as well.

I shared the experience with my manager and she loved the idea. We are now exploring a Willy Wonka themed promotion to help drive awareness and engagement around youth accounts.”
