“My most impactful ‘come talk to us’ moment following FSI training actually happened outside of the branch. While getting a haircut during lunch, I engaged in conversation with my stylist, who was sharing concerns about issues her son was experiencing with his current financial institution.

This created a natural opportunity to talk about the products and services we offer. Since I needed to return to work, I let her know I would come back later with information and business cards so her son could reach out or visit the branch.
When I returned later that day, she immediately recognized me and said, ‘Oh, you remembered me.’ That moment reinforced the importance of following through and building trust through simple, genuine conversations.”
