From Training to Action: Aisle Walk Testimonial
The FSI training had a strong impact on me, particularly in building my confidence to approach individuals and start natural conversations without feeling like I was ‘selling’ to them. It helped me shift my mindset to simply connecting with people and sharing information in an authentic way.
After the training, I immediately put what I learned into practice. The very next day, I went out into Walmart, met with several individuals, and had conversations about Reliant. I shared our location, hours, and current in-branch activities, and provided my business card for follow-up.
Without the FSI training, I would not have felt as comfortable initiating those interactions. Since then, I’ve made it a goal to complete at least two aisle walks each day and focus on meeting new people and building connections.
Thank you for the opportunity to participate in the FSI training. It was a valuable and enjoyable experience that has positively changed how I engage with members and potential members.
