This branch activity focused on increasing member engagement and creating a fun, interactive way for members to share feedback. A large “Tell Us Why You Love Us” tree was displayed in the branch, along with hearts on the teller line where members could write comments and feedback. The entire branch was decorated with Valentine’s Day themed décor to create a festive environment.

Team members also wore red shirts on designated days to enhance the theme and visibility. In addition, employees distributed comment cards with conversation hearts attached, encouraging members to share their opinions and send feedback directly to the credit union’s corporate office.

Members responded positively to the interactive experience, and the branch received strong feedback while also generating referrals from friends and family. This activity helped strengthen relationships, increase engagement, and support membership growth.
