New Business Grand Openings

Financial Institution: Peak Credit Union

Community events are opportunities to put your financial institution where people are. A local business grand opening, community celebration, or special event can be a simple and effective way to introduce your credit union to new audiences and strengthen your connection to the community.

Peak Credit Union used the grand opening of Crunch Fitness in Hawks Prairie as an opportunity to show up, connect, and create awareness. Team members from the Hawks Prairie and LCUC locations attended the celebration, talked with attendees about credit union products and services, offered light refreshments, and created a memorable touchpoint with a summer tote giveaway.

You don’t have to host the event to make an impact. Look for businesses, organizations, and community partners that are celebrating something and find a way for your credit union to be part of it.

Look beyond traditional community events. Grand openings, anniversaries, festivals, business celebrations, health and wellness events, and local gatherings can all create opportunities to meet potential members, support local businesses, and make your branch more visible in the community.

Show up. Start conversations. Build relationships. Make a Friend, Make a Customer/Member®.
