Celebrate the season together!

The Salem In Store Branch team makes time to connect outside of work with a holiday visit to LaBelle Lights. Stepping away from the branch gives team members an opportunity to relax, enjoy the season, share some laughs, and create memories together.

Activities like this don’t have to be complicated. Sometimes simply spending time together in a different setting can help strengthen relationships and build team connection.

Make it your own: Look for holiday light displays, community celebrations, seasonal festivals, or other local events your team can enjoy together.
