Bring the team together for food, fun, and a little entertainment! A hibachi dinner is a great team activity because the experience naturally encourages conversation, laughter, and interaction around the table.

Why it works:

• Gives team members time to connect outside of work
• Creates a relaxed environment for conversation
• Includes entertainment everyone can enjoy together
• Requires very little planning
• Creates a fun shared memory for the team

Make It Special: Celebrate a team accomplishment, recognize a milestone, welcome a new team member, or simply make it an opportunity to say, “Thank you for all you do.”

Team engagement does not always need an agenda. Sometimes sharing a meal, laughing together, and enjoying each other’s company is exactly what a team needs.
