Fall into Savings

This branch promotion, “Fall Into Savings,” was designed to encourage both new and existing members to make the most of their funds through Money Market accounts, savings clubs, and share certificates.

The branch was decorated with a fall themed setup throughout the space, including seasonal décor in the branch and on the ITM, creating a warm and inviting autumn atmosphere. Team members wore branded apparel to maintain a consistent and professional presence while reinforcing the credit union identity.

A key engagement activity included providing members with a “shopping list” highlighting different savings options, helping start conversations about how to better grow and manage their money.

To further encourage interaction and drive traffic, hot apple cider and donuts were offered as a business development tool, creating a welcoming environment for members and potential members to stop in and engage with the team.

The goal of the promotion was to increase awareness and usage of savings products, and results showed positive impact through increased conversations around rate options and the opening of additional Money Market accounts during the promotion period.
