Each employee has a 5 x 7 framed sign featuring their name and a few fun, relatable facts such as favorite color, favorite vacation, where they were born, or a favorite movie. While many questions are gathered, each employee selects a handful to highlight, keeping the display simple and engaging.
These signs serve as built in conversation starters at desks or teller stations, helping break the ice and make interactions feel more personal. The result is a warmer, more welcoming environment where small talk happens more naturally, strengthening connections and enhancing the overall member experience.
