The holiday candle-making event gave team members an opportunity to spend time together in a fun and festive setting before the branch opened for the day. Employees created their own custom candles while enjoying conversation, creativity, and time together outside of the normal work routine. The event also welcomed family participation, making it a meaningful way to celebrate the season and strengthen team connections.
