Branch Conversion Campaign

This branch promotion created a highly visible, game-themed in-store experience designed to attract attention, highlight convenience, and support new checking account growth during a conversion period. The team transformed the branch using oversized game elements and interactive visuals, including UNO® cards, dominos, a handmade Twister® board, a hand-painted Candy Land® display, and inflatable dice placed above the branch.


To further engage families and shoppers, a Plinko® board was set up for children to enjoy during visits, adding an interactive and welcoming element to the environment. The team also participated in a community Easter Egg Hunt event, distributing branded and seasonal prizes to increase visibility and engagement.

The creative environment generated strong positive feedback from members, who frequently commented on the decorations and staff engagement. The promotion successfully supported business development goals, with the branch meeting and exceeding new checking account goals for both months.
