Community involvement does not always require a large event. Sometimes making a difference starts with simply showing up and serving where you live.

Team members from P1FCU came together from across North Idaho to spend their morning cleaning up a highway in Athol, Idaho. This employee volunteer effort provided an opportunity for team members to give back to the community while demonstrating the credit union difference in action.

Community service activities like highway cleanups are a great way for credit unions to build stronger connections, increase employee engagement, and show their commitment beyond the walls of the branch.
