A Winter Wonderland of Savings

This branch promotion featured a winter holiday theme designed to increase engagement and drive new member savings account growth.

The branch was transformed into a festive snow globe-inspired environment with snowflake décor, spray snow window displays, snow scenes across countertops, blue and silver ornaments, and snowmen throughout the space. The overall design created a bright, seasonal atmosphere that captured attention and enhanced the member experience.

Team members participated by wearing winter or holiday themed attire, helping reinforce the festive environment and encouraging conversation with members.

A key feature of the promotion was the “Winter Winner Wheel,” where members who opened any savings account were invited to spin the wheel for a small prize, adding excitement and immediate reward to the account opening experience. In addition, a “Candy Cane Count” guessing game was hosted using a large North Pole themed display, engaging both members and walk-in shoppers, especially children, with a chance to win a prize for the closest guess.

The primary goal of the promotion was to increase new member savings account openings. The campaign resulted in six new member savings accounts, two money market savings accounts, and two Christmas club accounts, demonstrating strong engagement and positive impact on account growth.
